Mr. Wallick is an associate in the Tort and Professional Liability Practice Groups. Mr. Wallick has experience representing clients in a variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from general negligence, professional negligence, motor vehicle, and intentional tort claims. His work has also included breach of contract claims for indemnity and defense related to personal injury matters. Before joining LBBK, Mr. Wallick worked as an attorney at a Bay Area law firm specializing in personal injury defense, where he represented and advised clients at all stages of litigation.
Mr. Wallick earned his Juris Doctor from American University – Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where a great deal of his studies focused on civil trial advocacy. Mr. Wallick competed as a member of the school’s Mock Trial Honor Society, earning numerous awards and gaining recognition as one of the top competitors in the country. Mr. Wallick’s accomplishments in trial advocacy were recognized by the American College of Trial Lawyers, which presented him with the “Lewis F. Powell, Jr. Medal for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.” Mr. Wallick was also awarded special graduation honors for his commitment to trial advocacy.
When he’s not practicing law, Mr. Wallick enjoys hiking, photography, and attending car shows.
