Daniel Barragan

Overview

Daniel Barragan represents employers in litigation involving claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, failure to engage in the interactive process, and wage and hour violations. Mr. Barragan also provides employment advice and counseling on an array of employment issues, including discipline and termination, the interactive process, and compliance with wage and hour laws. Mr. Barragan also defends businesses against class actions and claims under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Prior to joining LBBK, Mr. Barragan worked at a national law firm defending and advising clients in employment litigation and administrative matters. Mr. Barragan previously defended private businesses and public entitles before the Workers Compensation Appeals Board. 

Mr. Barragan is a member of the Mexican American Bar association.

Outside of his law practice, Mr. Barragan enjoys painting, cooking, and spending time at the beach.
