Overview
Elham Hassantash represents clients in all aspects of professional liability, including design professionals, real estate agents and brokers, accountants, and insurance professionals. Elham specializes in general civil litigation, litigating claims for personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic loss. Prior to joining LBBK, Elham was a litigation associate at a national insurance coverage law firm, advising and litigating insurance coverage disputes for project owners, design professionals, and business owners.
Elham received her B.A. from University of British Columbia, and her J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law. While attending law school, Elham interned at the San Diego Office of the Primary Public Defender and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Craig Richman in Los Angeles.
Outside of her law practice, Elham enjoys traveling, learning new languages, clay figure sculpting, and practicing martial arts.
