Max Latman

Overview

Mr. Latman is a senior associate in the Tort and Professional Liability Practice Groups. Mr. Latman specializes in the areas of general civil litigation and professional liability. His professional liability practice includes the representation of a variety of professionals, including design professionals, real estate agents and brokers, accountants, and insurance professionals. Mr. Latman also defends the firm’s institutional clients in a variety of tort liability claims, including personal injury, wrongful death and catastrophic loss claims arising from construction site accidents, residential fires, slip and falls, and serious motor vehicle accidents. Additionally, Mr. Latman handles cases involving insurance fraud, and first and third-party special investigation defense as part of the Fraud / Special Investigation Unit Practice Group.

Prior to joining Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead, Mr. Latman worked at a prominent national defense firm where he represented clients in the healthcare, transportation, retail, restaurant, and entertainment sectors. 

Mr. Latman earned his Juris Doctorate at Southwestern Law School. During law school, Mr. Latman served as a judicial extern for Honorable Craig Richman of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
