Michael Asmar

Overview

Mr. Asmar is an associate in the Tort and Professional Liability Practice Groups. Mr. Asmar specializes in the areas of general civil litigation and professional liability. His professional liability practice involves defending professional negligence claims against a variety of professional’s including architects, engineers, and real estate brokers and agents. Mr. Asmar also defends the firm’s institutional clients in a variety of tort liability claims, including personal injury, wrongful death and catastrophic loss claims arising from construction site accidents, residential fires, slip and falls, and serious motor vehicle accidents. Mr. Asmar has represented clients throughout California and strives to achieve the most favorable outcomes through meticulous case preparation and strategic litigation. With a keen understanding of both the complexities of the law and the practical demands of litigation, Mr. Asmar provides effective and efficient legal solutions that align with his clients’ objectives.

Prior to joining Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead, Mr. Asmar worked at a prominent national defense firm where he represented clients in diverse legal sectors, including administrative law, health law, and general negligence. 

Mr. Asmar earned his Juris Doctorate at California Western School of Law.
