Morgan Chase represents employers in employment litigation matters in federal and state courts. Her experience includes representing employers who are sued for wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, and other employment-related issues. Ms. Chase also provides advice and counsel to employers to ensure best employment practices surrounding hiring, discipline, termination, leave of absence, and complying with California wage and hour laws.
Prior to joining LBBK, Ms. Chase worked for an education defense law firm, where she practiced employment and labor law involving local school districts. While attending law school, Ms. Chase interned at the San Diego Office of the Public Defender and at the National City, City Attorney’s Office. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Dennis J. Keough in Orange County, where she focused primarily on juvenile matters.
Outside of her professional activities, Ms. Chase enjoys practicing yoga, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
