Robert Geiger is an associate in the firm’s Employment Litigation practice group. Mr. Geiger focuses his practice on defending employers of all sizes against allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and failure to accommodate. Mr. Geiger takes a proactive approach to handling his cases and takes initiative to develop creative defense strategies.
Prior to joining Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead, Mr. Geiger was an associate at another mid-sized law firm in San Diego, where he practiced employment law, coverage litigation, and personal injury.
Mr. Geiger received his J.D., cum laude, from University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Mr. Geiger was a lead articles editor for San Diego Law Review, a member of the Appellate Moot Court Associate Board, and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in Legal Writing & Research. Mr. Geiger also completed externships in the Southern District of California with the Honorable William V. Gallo and the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Outside of work, Mr. Geiger enjoys long-distance running, playing jazz music on his electric and upright basses, and spending time with his dogs.
