Jay Anderson
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Jay S. Anderson is the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer of Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead LLP. Mr. Anderson joined the firm in 2018. He manages the day-to-day strategic operations of the firm and oversees firm finances, including record-keeping and reporting. Prior to joining LBBK, Mr. Anderson worked as the U.S. Controller for a multinational immigration law firm in San Francisco, California. Throughout his career, Mr. Anderson has overseen the finance, accounting, and operational disciplines for several organizations in a variety of industries including professional services, large retail, and wholesale organizations.
Mr. Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from California State University, East Bay.
Bryan Gochenour
Chief Financial Officer
Bryan Gochenour is the Chief Financial Officer of Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead LLP. Mr. Gochenour joined the firm in 2025 and oversees all aspects of LBBK’s financial operations, including treasury management, budgets, analysis and reporting. Prior to joining LBBK, Mr. Gochenour was the Chief Financial Officer at a national law firm headquartered in San Diego, California. Throughout his career, Mr. Gochenour has led the finance, accounting, and strategic operations at law firms along the West Coast.
Mr. Gochenour earned his degree in Finance at Western Washington University, and a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Washington.
Outside of LBBK, Mr. Gochenour enjoys cheering on Seattle sports, golfing, and spending time with his family and pets.
Sofia Goldmann
Office Manager

Sofia Goldmann is the Office Manager of Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead LLP. She joined the firm in 2024 and oversees the daily administrative functions of the firm’s three offices including human resources, facilities, and event coordination. Prior to joining LBBK, Ms. Goldmann worked as the Human Resources Coordinator for a national janitorial services company providing administrative and operational support to the HR department for four years.
Ms. Goldmann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from San Francisco State University and a Master of Science in International Business and Public Policy from Nova School of Business and Economics. She also holds a SHRM-CP certificate from the Society for Human Resources Management.
