Cornelo Dilag

Overview

Cornelo Dilag is an associate in the Tort and Professional Liability Practice Groups in the firm’s San Diego office. He handles complex, high exposure personal injury matters. He also defends matters involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, premises liability and trucking and transportation cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dilag was employed at a well-known defense firm where he handled numerous traumatic brain injury and orthopedic injury lawsuits, achieving success for his clients through mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods.

Mr. Dilag earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, where he externed with the California Department of Justice in the Employment and Administrative Mandate Section. He also completed an externship with an intellectual property law firm in Beijing and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Nanjing. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis. He is a member in good standing with the State Bar of California.

Mr. Dilag speaks and writes fluent Filipino. Outside of his law practice, he enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with his puppy, Hachiko.
