Danielle Montero

Overview

Danielle Montero represents employers in federal and state court in employment-related disputes, including claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Danielle also represents employers sued for wage and hour claims, including class action and representative claims under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Prior to joining LBBK, Ms. Montero was an associate at an employment litigation firm, where she represented clients in wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions, as well as wrongful termination and discrimination cases.

During law school, Ms. Montero interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, represented a client as a Certified Law Student in a Superior Court wage and hour case, and participated in various employment clinics. Prior to law school, Ms. Montero worked as a legal assistant at a boutique civil litigation firm in Santa Monica, and a law clerk for a Washington D.C.-based employment firm.

Outside of her law practice, Ms. Montero enjoys reading, podcasts, and art galleries. She is also fluent in Spanish.
