Overview
Erik Millan is an Associate at Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead, where he focuses on civil litigation involving general negligence, auto accidents, premises liability, product liability, and personal injury. He represents clients across the transportation and commercial sectors.
Mr. Millan earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he also completed certificates in Dispute Resolution and Entertainment, Media, and Sports Law. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Economics, cum laude, from California State University, Northridge.
