Grace J. Lynn is a senior associate with the firm’s Tort/General/Professional Liability practice group in the San Diego office. She specializes in handling high exposure and complex civil matters relating to wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, severe spinal cord injuries, complex regional pain disorders, and toxic/chemical exposure injuries. Ms. Lynn has extensive experience representing and advising a diverse group of clients, including rideshare and delivery entities, trucking companies, construction developers, grocery stores, security guard companies, real estate brokerages, and franchisors.
Prior to joining LBBK, Ms. Lynn’s litigation and negotiation experience included working with top-notch attorneys at nationwide law firms, while developing her skills at legal research and writing, mediation, and trail preparation. She is highly organized, goal-oriented and skilled in developing strategies to handle litigated matters seamlessly. Ms. Lynn successfully resolves litigated cases, including winning numerous motions for summary judgments relating to a shooting death, an electrocution injury, and a traumatic brain injury claim pursuant to the Privette doctrine, as well as other dispositive motions including a demurrer without leave to amend in a landlord-tenant wrongful death action.
Licensed in both California and Arizona, Grace served on the Board of Directors and Secretary with the Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego. She also practiced in Phoenix, Arizona at a preeminent firm and served on the Board of Directors with the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel for several years prior to relocating back to San Diego permanently.
As a native of San Diego, Grace is active and enjoys meditation, hot yoga, roller skating, going to the beach, hiking, volunteering with non-profit animal rescue groups, and spending time with her husband Jason and their fun-loving Shephard-Malinois Charlie (she/her/hers).
