Henry P. Huff

Overview

Henry Huff is an associate in the firm’s Tort, Professional Liability and Employment practice groups. Henry’s tort liability practice focuses on the defense of individuals and businesses against a variety of liability claims, including personal injury and premises liability.  His professional liability practice includes the representation of a variety of professionals, including real estate agents and brokers, accountants, insurance professionals, and design professionals. Henry’s employment practice focuses on defending business against a variety of claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. He also advises employers on employment issues including hiring, discipline, termination, and compliance with California wage and hour laws.

Prior to joining LBBK Henry practiced civil litigation at a mid-sized firm in Houston, Texas.

Henry graduated from Baylor University in 2019 with a degree in political science. At Baylor, he was also a four-year member of the track & field and cross-country teams.  Henry graduated from William & Mary Law School where he was a member of the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review.

Outside of his law practice, Henry enjoys running, hiking, playing the piano, and exploring San Francisco with his fiancée.
