Overview
Hilary Wild is a Senior Associate in the Tort and Professional Liability Practice Groups in the San Francisco Office. Prior to joining LBBK, Hilary practiced law in the Chicago area for over ten years, and, before that, in Ithaca, New York, for six years. Working for small general practice firms, Hilary gained experience in many practice areas, including personal injury and wrongful death, employment law, estate and trust disputes, real estate transactions and litigation, intellectual property matters, and business acquisitions. When she lived in Ithaca, she was assigned by local judges to represent financially eligible clients in criminal and family court matters. In both Ithaca and Chicago, she was a court-appointed advocate for children in custody and visitation proceedings. Hilary has extensive experience representing and advising a diverse group of clients at all stages of litigation.
Hilary graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a BA in English Literature and Studio Art in 2002. She went on to graduate from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2005, where she was an Articles Editor of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy. She enjoys legal research and writing and was an Associate Editor of the DuPage County Bar Journal until she moved to the Bay Area in 2023.
Outside her law practice, Hilary enjoys going on adventures with her husband and kids, skiing, tennis, and knitting.
