Jamison Rayfield is a senior associate in the firm’s Tort and Professional Liability practice groups. Since 2010, Mr. Rayfield has been defending businesses and individuals alike. Before joining Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead, Mr. Rayfield worked at a national defense firm within its appellate, tort, and professional liability groups, and was a partner at his own boutique law firm. Mr. Rayfield has extensive experience defending professionals including real brokers and agents, architects, and construction contractors in professional liability and construction claims. Within the tort liability arena, Mr. Rayfield has experience defending actions ranging from premises liability, product liability, breach of contract, tortious interference, construction defect, Davis-Stirling actions, general negligence, breach of contract, civil fraud, Prop 65 violations, and in obtaining and defending injunctive relief. Mr. Rayfield has years of experience in discovery and motion practice, having obtained a multitude of pre-trial dismissals and judgments. Mr. Rayfield understands that litigation can be a stressful time for clients and strives to practice with empathy and the highest level of professionalism.
Outside of practicing law, Mr. Rayfield is a husband, dog dad, chef, musician, brewer, and enthusiastic sports fan of his alma mater UCF.
