Jessica B. Yang

Overview

Ms. Yang practices in the areas of employment law and general litigation. Her employment practice includes defending employers in a variety of legal claims including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour matters. She also regularly counsels employers regarding numerous issues, including disciplinary actions, wage and hour issues, and investigations. She also regularly serves as an independent workplace investigator for private and public sector employers.

Ms. Yang also represents defendants in premises liability and personal injury claims.

Ms. Yang previously clerked for Civil Division of U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California, and served as a judicial extern for Honorable William McCurine, Jr. (Ret. U.S. Magistrate Judge for Southern District of California).

Outside of her law practice, Ms. Yang enjoys watching sports and trying new restaurants and cuisine.
