Overview
Jonathan A. Ross is a partner at Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead, with nearly 30 years of experience litigating civil matters across California and New York. He has tried numerous jury cases in state and federal courts and has resolved hundreds more through arbitration, mediation, and bench trials. His practice encompasses complex litigation, business and contractual disputes, catastrophic injury claims, employment claims, product liability, premises liability, and general insurance defense.
Mr. Ross also advises clients on risk management and legal compliance, delivering training and seminars on evolving litigation issues. Before entering civil practice, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York, where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases.
He is a Southern California Super Lawyer honoree and an active member of the New York State Bar. Mr. Ross also provides pro bono legal services through the Legal Aid Clinic.
