Juan Garcia Moreno

Overview

Mr. Garcia Moreno is an associate in the Tort and Professional Liability Practice Groups. Mr. Garcia Moreno’s practice includes the representation of trucking companies, construction companies, and national retailers on all liability-related matters at all stages of litigation. Prior to joining Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead, Mr. Garcia Moreno worked in automobile and premises liability litigation practice group for a prominent Southern California defense firm representing major insurance companies. During this time, Mr. Garcia Moreno refined his trial and law and motion skills which resulted in multiple favorable outcomes. Before starting a career in private practice, Mr. Garcia Moreno served as a prosecutor in San Bernardino County – his home county. During his time as a prosecutor, he managed hundreds of cases from the bail hearings through trial. He developed significant trial and law and motion skills which resulted in almost exclusively favorable outcomes for the County and the People of California.

Outside of LBBK, Mr. Garcia Moreno enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys running, cooking, traveling, reading, and going to comedy shows.
