Kaitlyn Jensen

Overview

Kaitlyn Jensen is a senior associate with the firm’s litigation team specializing in appellate law, strategy, and law and motion. Her expertise covers a wide range of practice areas including general and professional liability, employment law, business litigation, and class actions. Ms. Jensen has substantial experience handling all aspects of civil litigation and particularly enjoys dispositive motions, pre and post-trial motions, writs, and appeals. She has a demonstrated history of prevailing on complex motions.

Prior to joining Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead, Ms. Jensen litigated cases involving catastrophic personal injury, transportation law, complex construction defects, and product liability. 

Ms. Jensen attended law school at University of California, Davis, School of Law where she earned top honors in regional and national mock trial tournaments and was inducted into the Order of Barristers for demonstrating exceptional skill in oral advocacy and brief writing. She has gone on to coach several high school and law school mock trial teams and annually puts on the San Diego Defense Lawyers Association’s National Mock Trial Competition. 

Outside of LBBK, Ms. Jensen is a competitive distance runner and enjoys playing music and board games.
