Kathryn (Kamil) Canale is a partner and trial attorney at Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead, LLP, where she defends employers across California in high-stakes employment litigation. Her practice includes wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. She also handles complex tort cases. She is particularly skilled at resolving complex cases through procedural and substantive motion practice, often in matters exceeding seven figures.
Ms. Canale represents clients in the private security, hospitality, and public entity sectors, and is known for offering creative, business-minded solutions alongside an aggressive litigation strategy. In addition to her legal practice, she co-hosts the Three B’s on the Law podcast and frequently speaks on emerging issues in employment law, risk management, and workplace safety.
She holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and serves on the boards of several nonprofit and professional organizations. Ms. Canale earned her law degree from California Western School of Law and is admitted to practice in all California state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
