Kristina Pfeifer

Overview

Kristina Pfeifer is a senior associate attorney in the General Liability/Professional Liability Practice Group in the firm’s San Diego office.  She does and has specialized in civil litigation for over 20 years primarily defending civil matters, but also representing plaintiffs through trial and appeal.  Ms. Pfeifer has handled a wide variety of legal cases and matters including, but not limited to, products liability, worldwide mass tort medical products cases as in-house, local and national counsel, all other types of personal injury matters including construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, uninsured and underinsured motorist cases, premises liability, wrongful death and other catastrophic injury cases, commercial/contract claims, real estate disputes, trademark infringement, local patent litigation counsel in Federal Court, residential and commercial construction cases.
