Lindy Bradley is a partner at Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead, with over two decades of experience representing clients in the retail, grocery, restaurant, and public sector industries. She focuses her litigation practice on defending claims involving premises liability, product liability, foodborne illness, and dangerous condition allegations, regularly serving as lead counsel in high-exposure matters from inception through trial.
Ms. Bradley has extensive experience defending national grocery chains, big-box retailers, and restaurants in claims involving slips, trips, falls, and other incidents arising in high-traffic commercial environments. She also represents public entities in litigation involving government tort liability, with an emphasis on navigating the complexities of state and local ordinances, the Government Code, and presentations before city attorneys and governing bodies.
Her practice additionally includes private security, business litigation, and corporate defense. Recognized for her expertise in complex liability matters, Ms. Bradley is frequently invited to speak on litigation strategy, risk management, and deposition tactics, including Reptile Theory. She has served as a speaker or moderator for legal associations, insurers, and industry groups across California.
Ms. Bradley is AV Preeminent-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (ASCDC). She is also the Co-Chair of the Women and the Law Committee and the Webinar Committee.
A graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Ms. Bradley is admitted to practice in all California state and federal courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
