Minney Thind

Overview

Minney Thind represents employers in state and federal employment litigation involving single-plaintiff claims such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate and engage in the interactive process, leaves of absence, and wage and hour violations, as well as class actions and PAGA claims.

In addition to her litigation experience, Ms. Thind advises clients on various employment law matters, including compliance with federal and state regulations, workplace policies, and employee relations. Ms. Thind’s litigation experience has equipped her with a foundational understanding of the challenges employers face, which enables her to help employers develop strategies to effectively mitigate risk.

Prior to joining LBBK, Ms. Thind worked at a national full-service firm, counseling and defending private and state agency clients in complex employment disputes.

Outside of her law practice, Ms. Thind enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and hosting her neighborhood book club.
