Overview
Natalie Holtz is an associate in LBBK’s Employment Law practice group, working in the firm’s San Diego office. She focuses her practice on defending employers in a wide range of claims, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, failure to engage in the interactive process, wrongful termination, breach of contract, wage-and-hour issues, and other employment-related matters. Ms. Holtz is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, including trial.
Prior to joining LBBK, Ms. Holtz defended clients in a broader range of litigation matters, including personal injury and business litigation matters.
Ms. Holtz earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law. During law school, Ms. Holtz served as Executive Editor of the California Western Law Review. In 2025, Ms. Holtz was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of personal injury defense.
In her free time, Ms. Holtz enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her partner, friends, and family.
