Patrick Dillon

Overview

Mr. Dillon is an associate in the Employment Litigation and Employment Counseling and Compliance Groups. He has experience defending businesses and public-school districts against a variety of labor and employment claims, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and claims brought under the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA). Mr. Dillon’s practice also involves advising for-profit and non-profit employers on a variety of issues, including questions related to vicarious liability and employment place privacy laws. Mr. Dillon seeks to provide every client with a careful and comprehensive understanding of the law’s application to their case and an effective approach to resolving their legal challenges.

While attending law school, Mr. Dillon clerked in private practice focused on labor and employment litigation where he developed a sense of the unique needs employers face when trying to navigate California’s employment laws. He also worked as an Academic Success Fellow where he mentored law students to develop their legal analysis and writing skills.

Outside of work Mr. Dillon enjoys learning chess and practicing Brazilian Jiu-jitsu as well as reading on various philosophical topics.
