Overview
Rachel Zuckowich is an associate in the Tort and Professional Liability Practice Groups in the firm’s San Diego office where she specializes in defending businesses and public entities against a variety of personal injury claims, including premises liability, commercial auto, construction site accidents, and wrongful death claims. Ms. Zuckowich’s professional liability practice involves defending professional malpractice claims against a variety of professionals, including architects, engineers, and real estate brokers and agents. Prior to joining LBBK, Ms. Zuckowich gained substantial experience defending clients in both state and federal courts with a focus on public entity liability, civil rights, and police liability.
Ms. Zuckowich obtained her J.D. from Western State College of Law in 2019. She obtained her B.A. from San Diego State University in 2016, where she was a member of the Delta Epsilon Iota Honor Society.
Outside of practicing law, Ms. Zuckowich enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling
