Rafayel Aslanyan

Overview

Mr. Aslanyan is an associate in the Tort and Professional Liability Practice Groups. He has experience defending property owners and management companies, business owners, and other institutional clients against a variety of civil claims stemming from personal injuries, landlord/tenant disputes, discrimination, defamation, fraud, and intentional torts. Mr. Aslanyan’s professional liability practice involves defending professional malpractice claims against a variety of professionals, including real estate brokers and agents, insurance agents, and accountants. Mr. Aslanyan approaches each case individually and does not believe in a “one size fits all” approach. He strives to provide the best defense possible but keeps in mind practical considerations to ensure an economically feasible resolution for his clients.

While in law school, Mr. Aslanyan provided pro bono services to the local communities to help them resolve their legal disputes through mediation. As he gained more experience, Mr. Aslanyan received a mediator’s certificate. Mr. Aslanyan uses his skills acquired while mediating to facilitate a more cooperative environment as he defends his clients against aggressive litigants.

Outside of work, Mr. Aslanyan enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He likes watching movies/television shows and following world politics.
