Rodrigo J. Bozoghlian

Overview

Rodrigo J. Bozoghlian is a Partner in the Tort Liability and Fraud / Special Investigation Unit Practice Groups in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He handles complex, high exposure personal injury matters as part of his Tort Liability practice and cases involving insurance fraud, first and third-party special investigation defense as head of the Fraud / Special Investigation Unit Practice Group. He regularly defends matters involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, products liability, premises liability and trucking and transportation cases. He is licensed to practice in all California Federal District Courts as well as State Court. He has successfully tried several cases to verdict obtaining favorable results for his clients, and arbitrated cases in First Party litigation matters.

Mr. Bozoghlian’s Fraud / Special Investigation Unit practice consists of evaluating and defending first and third-party claims; including cases against attorneys, doctors, organized crime members, chiropractors, and body shop owners attempting to defraud insurance companies. He has conducted hundreds of Examinations Under Oath and Depositions, reaching very favorable results for his clients. His focus is to zealously represent clients with the goal of detecting and stopping insurance fraud. He also has extensive litigation experience handling in the areas of general civil defense and insurance defense, including automobile, retail, wrongful death, and premises liability.

Mr. Bozoghlian received his BA in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1999, and his JD from The University of La Verne College of Law in 2006.

Outside of his law practice, Mr. Bozoghlian enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls and is a big soccer fan, always rooting for his home country Argentina national football team.
