Willa M. Mankins

Overview

Willa M. Mankins is an associate attorney and member of the firm’s litigation team with a focus on strategy, law, and motions in the San Francisco office. Ms. Mankins’ practice focuses on pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, and post-trial motions in State Courts.

Prior to joining LBBK, Ms. Mankins represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in employment law litigation, business litigation, trust and estate litigation, mass tort litigation, and class action litigation. She has extensive experience navigating and creating large discovery databases which are essential in complex and class action litigation.

Ms. Mankins graduated from Mills College with a dual degree with a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Ms. Mankins then attended Santa Clara University’s School of Law. While enrolled in law school and after, Ms. Mankins published several scientific papers which were published in Acta Astronautica and other space related scientific publications. She enjoys writing in both her professional and personal life and looks forward to publishing further papers in the future.
