Zubin Farinpour

Overview

Mr. Farinpour’s practice is extensive, with the majority of his work focused on complex high exposure cases.  In his practice, Mr. Farinpour regularly defends matters involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, products liability, trucking and transportation, class action, and high exposure tort liability cases.  He also handles commercial litigation matters including those involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and various business torts.  

Mr. Farinpour has successfully tried and arbitrated multiple cases to verdict.  He is a zealous advocate for his clients and is sought after by large corporations and Fortune 500 companies for his sincere dedication and tireless defense of his clients.  He also has had great success in resolving high exposure and multi-party cases both pre-litigation and through mediation.  

Mr. Farinpour is admitted to practice in California and before the United States District Court, Central District. He is also a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA). He completed ABOTA Trial School in 2014. 

Outside of his work as an attorney, Mr. Farinpour enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and two small children, and restoring classic cars.  He also enjoys rooting for his favorite basketball team, the great Los Angeles Lakers.
