James F. Saunders is a Partner at Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead, where he defends clients in matters involving general liability, premises liability, trucking litigation, and insurance coverage. He has particular experience handling fraudulent automobile and first-party property claims.

Mr. Saunders has tried more than 25 jury trials to verdict and has participated in hundreds of arbitrations throughout his career. He completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s five-day intensive trial training program and is known for his direct courtroom presence and tactical litigation approach.

He earned his law degree from California Western School of Law and his undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Mr. Saunders is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
