Thirty years ago, I became a lawyer, and 18 years ago, I started Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead with my amazing partners. Like Taylor Swift, I believe in numerology, and it felt right that both of these eras in my life remain fixed at these markers. Three decades as a passionate advocate for my clients has brought me immense professional satisfaction, and bringing my firm to the age of adulthood has brought me great personal pride.
I want to dedicate the next chapter of my career to helping people bring closure to what might be the most stressful – and in some cases, the most tragic – time in their lives. I want to work with litigants in finding peace and putting conflict in their rear-view mirror. Connecting with people has always been what drives me – whether it’s connecting with family or friends, with clients or colleagues, connection brings me joy, it fires me up, and it motivates me. I will bring this passion – along with decades of experience in evaluating exposure and navigating complex case dynamics – to my mediation practice. I look forward to working with you and your clients in finding resolution, and peace of mind.
I am available to assist in resolving your disputes in the following practice areas:
